HONEY GLAZED CHICKEN
for @beckam_nilsson tonight (he’s sticking to protein, fats & fruit mostly right now & feeling amazing. we had @eatbanza pasta w meat sauce. also delish but not as pretty). when he saw his dinner, he said it looked so delicious he might cry. 😂
1. cut breasts cross-wise & length-wise but not all the way through
2. mix 2T honey, 2T vinegar & 1T coconut aminos in bowl & set aside
3. heat cast iron skillet on med/low, add butter to coat pan & add chicken, uncut side down
4. season chicken w salt & garlic powder, cook 4 min & flip
5. season w salt & garlic powder, cook 4 min & flip
6. reduce heat to low, add 1T butter to each breast & spread over them evenly
7. pour honey glaze evenly over each breast, let cook 2 min & flip
8. cook 2 min spooning glaze over chicken, continue flipping & glazing every 2min until chicken reaches 165
*served with fresh pineapple. would also be good with rice & roasted lemon garlic parmesan broccoli

fry ✌🏻 eggs in @kerrygoldusa butter with a slice of @hormelfoods applewood smoked deli turkey. remove from pan. add 5 slices of halloumi cheese and fry until golden on both sides. top eggs and turkey with cheese, avocado & @traderjoes crunchy chili onion 😋
